World Cancer Day
A Cancer Walk was held in collaboration with ADK Hospital and Indian high commission to increase general awareness about cancer.
A cervical cancer screening program was held at K. Villingilli during which 137 people were screened. An awareness session was also held along with it.
A cervical cancer screening program was also held at Gdh.Thinadhoo with ADK and Indian High Commission. 160 people were screened and given information.
In addition to this awareness sessions were conducted in Gn. Fuvahmulak from February 13-14 with a total participation of 342 people.
