Cancer Awareness and Screenings

15–20 healthcare professionals travel to islands on monthly missions with CSG members. 

National Awareness Campaigns

2,500+ participants joined the 2024 Pink Ribbon Run/Walk across 30 islands.

The Cancer Society of Maldives will be conducting a cancer screening program in collaboration with Hulumale' Hospital. This initiative focuses on the importance of early detection and timely referrals, helping participants access guidance, screening support, and practical information to take charge of their health.

CANCER AWARENESS
AND SCREENING

Breast, Oral, Cervical, Prostate and Colorectal Cancer Screening

📍 V. Atoll (Fulidhoo, Felidhoo, Thinadhoo, Keyodhoo, Rakeedhoo)
📅 11th – 14th February 2026
This outreach programme aims to increase cancer awareness and improve access to early detection and screening services for communities across V. Atoll. Cancer screening will be held in Fulidhoo and Felidhoo. Awareness sessions will be conducted in Fulidhoo and Felidhoo, as well as Thinadhoo, Keyodhoo, and Rakeedhoo. The initiative focuses on risk awareness, and timely referrals to empower individuals to take informed steps toward prevention, early diagnosis, and better health outcomes.
